Managing Director, Capital Motors, Inc.
Mr. Jay Tseng has over 20 years of experience in the luxury automobile industry, having held various management positions at renowned European luxury brands, accumulating rich professional knowledge and leadership experience. Since 2019, he has joined CMI as the General Manager of the New Car Operation, driving significant business growth and achieving remarkable results. In 2024, Mr. Jay Tseng was promoted to Acting Managing Director. Starting from 2025, Mr. Jay Tseng officially serves as the Managing Director.
Zeline Chong
CFO, Capital Motors, Inc.
Zeline Chong was appointed CFO of Capital Motors, Inc in March 2022. She has more than 17 years of experience in finance and business management. Previously, she has worked with Sime Darby, a conglomerate listed company in Malaysia, with significant experience in both distribution and retail segments in automotive industries. Her last accomplishment was to establish a new auto operations in Taiwan. She is an Accountant by profession and a Fellow of the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants, United Kingdom.
